The new Internet Portal of the Municipality of Valladolid has followed the guidelines issued from E-Munis Consortium during the development of this 24-month project, related to both design and contents.

This has lead to easy-to-use and comprehensive website where citizens find help about their relationship (procedures, forms, rules) with the Council and have immediate access to city relevant data (facts and figures, images).

Most of the contents recommended by the project are already included. The rest are under development and progressively will be published.

Some examples of contents and services provided are:
· Information about political and organisational structure of the municipality;
· Information about public transportation system and street locator;
· Forms server with additional information about the procedure to follow in each of them;
· Access to every open call for tenders;
· Historical and tourist information about the city.
